It is a permanent media exhibition space within a multiplex where everyone can enjoy extraordinary experiences.
Q.Can people of all ages view the exhibition?
A. Absolutely. It's an experiential media exhibition that everyone, from children to adults, can enjoy.
Q.What are the operating hours of the exhibition?
A. The operating hours are from 11:00 to 20:00 (last entry at 18:30). The exhibition is closed on department store holidays.
Q.How long does it take to view the exhibition?
A. It may vary depending on the visitor, but it takes approximately 90 minutes.
Q.When is the best time to visit for a more relaxed experience?
A. Weekdays are expected to be less crowded than weekends.However, you can enjoy the exhibition without crowds by reserving your desired date and time in advance.
Q.Is it possible to purchase food and drinks inside the exhibition hall?
A. Yes. There is an F&B corner within the exhibition hall where you can purchase simple food and beverages.
Q.Is consuming food and drinks allowed inside the exhibition hall?
A. Outside food is not allowed (Including water and drinks in capped tumblers and PET bottles).Food and drinks purchased from the F&B corner inside the exhibition hall can be consumed.
Q.Are exhibition-related goods (souvenirs) sold?
A. Yes. There is a store selling various goods located in the central aisle between the first and second halls.
Q.Can guide dogs and pets accompany visitors?
A. Unfortunately, they are not allowed for safety reasons.
Q.Is it possible to bring in wheeled shoes, strollers, or wheelchairs?
A. Only wheelchairs are permitted for safety reasons.
Q.Is there a docent guided program available?
A. No. It’s an experiential media exhibition centered around audience participation without docents.
Q.Are there any special precautions to be aware of during the visit?
A. his exhibition includes bright digital displays and flashes. Visitors with light-sensitive conditions or those who are susceptible to seizures are advised to be cautious during the visit. Additionally, guardians are requested to pay special attention to the safety of young children during various experiences.
